FRICASSE (LEFTOVERS FROM POT ROAST FOR NEXT MEAL)

INGREDIENTS:
1-large sweet onion
4-tbls. minced garlic
leftover meat,potatoes and vegetables.

Remove outer layer of onion.
Mince onion.
In a 12 inch frying pan.
Add oil to cover bottom.
Add onion and garlic.
Cook till onions are lucent. (soft)
Cut leftover meat in chunks add to pan.
Cook for 10-minutes.
Add potatoes and vegetables if needed.
Cook till done.
