WHITE CLAM CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS:
1- pint chopped clams
1-2 inch cubed salt pork diced very small
2-large onions chopped finely
2-cups diced potatoes
1-teaspoon minced parsley
4-cups milk
Salt and pepper to season
2-tablespoons butter

Brown the salt pork and remove from pan and fry the onions.
In an 8-quart stock pot add all ingredients and simmer till potatoes are tender.
DO NOT BOIL.
Add butter
